  • 1Password
  • Slack
  • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini (AI tools used with limited scope)

We strive to ensure all third-party tools we use adhere to industry-standard privacy and security practices.

We take data security seriously and apply the following practices:

  • Mandatory 2FA and use of 1Password for all internal accounts
  • Role-based access controls
  • Confidentiality agreements for all employees and contractors
  • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) enforcement
  • Encrypted file and communication tools where applicable

7. Data Retention & Client Rights

We do not currently have a standard data retention policy. If a client ends their engagement, their information may remain in our systems unless a specific request is made.

Clients may request:

  • Access to their data
  • Corrections or updates
  • Deletion or revocation of access
